WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN AN ORDER IS PLACED

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS | All Digital Download sales are FINAL once the .pdf has been downloaded by the Customer. If there is a problem with downloading, email us at get@ahealthycrush.com and we will work to resolve it. Based on past customer issues,  it is HIGHLY suggested that you download onto a computer (desktop or laptop) or Dropbox first, then transfer the file to a phone or tablet. The issue is usually not on our end but storage space issues or wifi issues when the Customer is downloading. We do not supply unlimited downloads.

ALKALINE HERBS | Alkaline Herbs are considered a food item and can’t be returned once shipped. If you find an issue with your product, please email us with your invoice number and a picture of the product that is of issue.

SHIPPING | We ship via USPS Flat Rate. Once tracking information is provided, the buyer is responsible for tracking their package. For customers in the NY boroughs and New Jersey, your package usually arrives the day after we ship it. For all other states, we ship priority 2 – 3 day.

We normally ship 1-3 days after you purchase UNLESS we are out of stock of any items purchased. This will delay the entire order until all items ordered are ready for shipment

CLASSES | If for any reason the class you signed up for gets cancelled, you will receive a full refund or the ability to participate in a future class of the same level. If you are unable to come to a class that you have signed up for and give us at least 5 days notice via email, you will receive a full refund or the ability to participate in a future class of the same level and cost.
