My 4 ingredient, time-saving, easy to make, bluebe

My 4 ingredient, time-saving, easy to make, blueberry Burro Banana bread pudding with whole rolled Kamut flakes. (alkaline oatmeal) and a whomeade blueberry compote and some fresh berries 🫐

Ingredients:

32oz Glass Baking Dish
4 Burro Banana (sweet)
2 cups Rolled Kamut flakes
1/2 cup Hemp Milk (homemade)
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1 Pinch sea salt, clove, anise
2 tbsp apple syrup or agave or date syrup
1 tbsp Avocado Oil
2 tbsp date sugar (for the top)
4 tbsp Chickpea Crumbs (for the top)
1 tbsp Honduran Sea Moss gel (optional)

Directions:

Mash bananas into baking dish
Add milk and combine
Add spices, oil, and sweetener and mix well
Add Kamut flakes and fold
Fold in blueberries
Spread combination evenly in dish
Top with date sugar and chickpeas crumbs
Spray top with Avocado Oil

Bake at 350F° for 30 mins or until firm.

Blueberry Compote: Simmer blueberries in a pot with 1 tbsp lime juice and 2 tbsp date sugar. Simmer low until you have a compote. Add a little water as needed.

Make this once, and you'll be a pro! Get "Eden Kamut Flakes" online or at VitaCost. Way better than oatmeal. Kamut is not a gluten-free grain. But it is an ancient grain and less detrimental than other wheat. Here, it's used whole.

Save this for later if you're busy.

I’ve known for years that members of my family suffer from chronic arthritis and the thought of not being able to use the most important tools I own, my hands, was devastating. I knew I had to do something about it immediately. I tried ointments for my hands and fermented beverages for my digestion. I maintained a plant based diet and consumed every vegan food product on the market. After all, we ran a plant based cafe. But for some reason my health was still a major issue for me.

One day a woman called and ordered our vegetable soup, but she had a special request. She asked that I remove all of the peas and carrots from the soup. She was the then wife of a world renowned healer and herbalist #DrSebi. Her strange request led me to seek out the reason she didn’t eat carrots and peas. That’s when I had a breakthrough and realized that as a Vegan it wasn’t about what I wasn’t eating -- it was about the things I WAS consuming.

I had a shift in perception around food and health in general. I had to learn all I could about what harm I was still doing to my body despite my efforts and come up with a method to get the results I wanted. After years of working with foods that cause the least possible detriment to digestion I was able to self publish a number of books and courses on the topic. Today after much trial and error I’ve been able alleviate all of my ailments. I can confidently rely on the strength of my hands. I’ve optimized my digestion and maintained my ideal weight for what I feel like, is for GOOD...while helping thousands of others do the same.
