DIGITAL DOWNLOADS | All Digital Download sales are FINAL once the .pdf has been downloaded by the Customer. If there is a problem with downloading, email us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve it. We can see all download activity on our backend and reset your download (if necessary), so there is no need to panic if you are having a problem. Based on past customer issues, it is HIGHLY suggested that you download onto a computer (desktop or laptop) or Dropbox first, then transfer the file to a phone or tablet. The issue is usually not on our end. Storage space issues, wifi issues when the Customer is downloading or an inability to find the file have been past customer challenges. *We do not supply unlimited downloads. Once the file is downloaded it is yours indefinitely. If you have accessed it once, then it is located somewhere on your device. On phones, its usually in a “Documents” folder.

HOW TO SEND A DOCUMENT TO YOUR KINDLE |   To find your Send-to-Kindle e-mail address, visit the Manage your Devices page at Manage Your Kindle. Documents can only be sent to your Kindle devices or apps from e-mail accounts that you added to your Approved Personal Document E-mail List. To add an e-mail account, visit the Personal Document Settings page at Manage Your Kindle. To send a document to your Kindle device or app, simply attach it to an e-mail addressed to your Send-to-Kindle e-mail. It is not necessary to include a subject in the email. PDFs can be converted to the Kindle format so you can take advantage of functionality such as variable font size, annotations, and Whispersync. To have a document converted to Kindle format (.azw), the subject line should be “convert” when e-mailing a personal document to your Send-to-Kindle address.

VIDEOS ON BEYOND VEGAN | MINERALS FAST ECOURSE | The videos are streaming, not downloadable. They are available indefinitely for you to view. Currently, some older Android devices and computers using Google Chrome may not play the embedded video. In this case, you may only hear the videos without being able to see them. We suggest you stream the video from an alternative device or try upgrading your video settings.
